TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Purpose Pathway (TPP) is an instant-access program with no access to Sarah Scully-Leaf. The Client agrees to take full responsibility for engaging with the content independently and understands there is no direct support or facilitation.

2. The Client understands that Sarah Scully-Leaf makes no guarantees that specific goals or outcomes can or will be achieved. Sarah Scully-Leaf does not and can not give any guarantees on results with courses, programs, masterminds, workshops, coaching, information, teachings or strategies.

3. Any payment is non-refundable, and if you are using a payment plan you are obligated to pay as agreed, on the dates agreed and in full, regardless of how you utilise the program. If payments are late or not fulfilled you will be removed from the program until payments are back in good standing and fulfilled. If you need your payment plan changed you will incur a $20.99 admin fee.


4. TPP and all content and materials contained within it are Sarah Scully-Leaf’s Intellectual Property. The Client must not reproduce, repurpose, duplicate, copy, distribute, share, publish, teach, modify, create derivative materials from, commercially exploit, sell or give away anything within this program including, but not limited to, the video content, workshops, templates or other materials provided in the program without Sarah Scully-Leaf’s prior written consent. Purchase of TPP provides the Client with a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the program for their own individual use only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the Client.

5. The client agrees not to provide their log-in details or access to TPP to anyone else. If the Client breaches clauses 4 or 5, Sarah Scully-Leaf may immediately suspend or terminate the Client’s access to TPP without a refund.

6. TPP is for general educational and informational purposes only and is designed to provide frameworks and tools to support the Client in exploring their purpose, career direction and professional goals. TPP does not constitute individualised career, financial, legal or other professional advice, nor does it guarantee any particular employment, career, financial or other outcome. The Client remains solely responsible for their own career, employment, financial and other decisions, including whether to leave or change employment, undertake further education or training, or pursue a new career or business opportunity. The Client acknowledges that any decision or action they take as a result of TPP is made at their own discretion and responsibility and that individual circumstances and results will vary.

7. The Client acknowledges Sarah Scully-Leaf is not a doctor, therapist or mental health professional. The Client understands that coaching or courses are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and The Client will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

8. The Client acknowledges that if they voluntarily send Sarah Scully-Leaf feedback, testimonials, results, wins or other positive experiences relating to TPP, including by email, direct message or social media, Sarah Scully-Leaf may reproduce and share that feedback for marketing and promotional purposes, including by using a screenshot of the Client’s message. If the Client does not want their feedback or message shared, they may advise Sarah Scully-Leaf at the time of sending it or at any time afterwards by providing written notice. Upon receiving such notice, Sarah Scully-Leaf will not use the feedback in future marketing materials.

9. Where TPP is purchased with lifetime access, the Client will have ongoing access to TPP. Sarah Scully-Leaf reserves the right to change the platform, website or technology used to host or deliver TPP at any time. If TPP is no longer hosted online or Sarah Scully-Leaf is otherwise unable to continue providing access through an online platform, the Client will be provided with a reasonable opportunity to download or otherwise obtain a copy of the TPP program materials, including through a downloadable folder or online file storage service such as Google Drive. Once those materials have been made available for download, the Client is responsible for downloading and retaining their own copy.

10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarah Scully-Leaf excludes liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or connected with the Client’s use of, reliance on, or decisions made following TPP, including career, employment, business, education and financial decisions.

11. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. By purchasing TPP, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Sarah Scully-Leaf in relation to TPP and supersede any prior discussions, communications, representations or agreements, whether written or oral.
